somewhat disappointed in this book

I was somewhat disappointed in this book. I guess it was different that I expected. I was expecting Carole Lewis to be more specific about how she loses weight. She had some good ideas but needed to expand on them more for clarity. I would not recommend this book. It is too shallow. Even her journal examples were brief and didn't really say much about her ongoing experience of trying to lose weight.

I read the reviews and had some idea what to expect. The book doesn't have much detail as some of the reviews said. If you are familiar with First Place for Health it will feel very similar. Overall I liked the concept of focusing for a shorter period of time.
